My Million Pound Menu is back again, as another six fledgling restauranteurs hope to make the leap from concept to permanent pop-up or restaurant, overseen by Fred Sirieix – the renowned Maitre d’ best known for appearing on Channel 4’s First Dates.
Matt Farrell founder of a string of Liverpool’s most popular food and drink venues with fellow entrepreneur, John Ennis, which include Santa Chupitos, El Bandito and the soon to be launched Duke Street Food & Drink Market – a collaboration between Graffiti Spirits Group and Urban Food & Drink, a North West food and drink operator with origins in the construction, property development and management sectors. This year, Matt will sit among the high-profile restauranteurs looking to invest on the hit BBC Two show.

This year, FINCA’s Cuban-inspired offering will arrive at Duke Street Food & Drink Market in Liverpool – a venue collaboratively devised by Graffiti Spirits Group founders, Matt Farrell and John Ennis, and Alexander Bennett, Joshua Marco and Simon Marco, from Urban Food & Drink.
Duke Street Market will act as a platform for the finest independent brands in and outside the city, launching April 2019. Headed up by experienced operators, quality, sustainability, produce and artisanal methods will be a core focus, with the aim to become one of the North West’s primary culinary tourism destinations.
