Unique Venues Birmingham (UVB) has joined forces with Brasshouse Translation and Interpreting Services (BTIS) to offer translation and interpreting services across more than 100 languages including British Sign Language and Braille. Event organisers placing events at UVB will now benefit from an inhouse team of dedicated language specialists who will deliver a multitude of language support services throughout their events. Located in the Library of Birmingham, the BTIS team will be on hand to cater for all requirements and can become part of the event to assist in delivering a seamless translation or interpreting service.
“Birmingham is a highly diverse, multicultural city and we are proud to reflect that in the service we provide. We have formed a fantastic partnership with BTIS to offer linguistic support across a number of languages, which we hope will attract more organisations to Unique Venues of Birmingham, knowing that they can benefit from a full translation and interpreting service to complement their events. “says Suzanna Reid Barreiro da Silva, Commercial Director at Unique Venues of Birmingham. “From European, to Asian and African languages and including British Sign Language and the translation to and from Braille, we are confident that any multilingual event held at UVB will be a huge success.”
