As a nation, we are becoming increasingly unhealthy; type 2 diabetes is now forecast as reaching epidemic proportions and mental ill health is the leading cause of sickness absence in the UK.  In the midst of this, you have to run a business.  The ongoing and persistent pressure of managing your own business, be that big or small, can impact hugely on your health and wellbeing.  This masterclass will show you how, by making subtle shifts in routines, habits and behaviours; positive benefits can flow remarkably quickly.

Designed for business leaders, this Masterclass will help you to understand and overcome those deeply ingrained unhealthy habits which may be holding you back – preventing you from becoming the best you that you can be. Split into four pillars, each pillar will provide you with an easy to use framework and actions to follow that will enhance personal and business performance.  Building your understanding of organisational culture; management of stress in the workplace and beyond; physical wellbeing and nutrition – eating for performance as well as pleasure.  This programme is based on 30 years of practical experience.  It works!

The Four Pillars:

  • How to make your organisational culture work for you
  • Understanding the causes of stress and how to mitigate them
  • Physical wellbeing without being in a gym
  • Nutrition and why we need to think before we eat
