Making You Content marked their fifth anniversary in suitably exciting style this March – throwing a birthday party at Fika and revealing their new branding to the 100+ attendees.
The award-winning content agency have enjoyed a terrific 12 months – tripling their head count (with four copywriters, two editors and a social media expert now working alongside owner Kelly Gilmour-Grassam).
The Northern Quarter-based agency have seen their client base expand as well as their staff roster – producing projects for local, regional and international clients in a wide cross section of industries.
The variety of specialisms within the team enable MYC to offer a diverse range of content-based services that cover strategy, creation and distribution to generate excellent results for clients.
This thorough approach has resulted in contract extensions with up-and-coming local companies GoSimpleTax and ON:iT Recruitment, which in turn have helped the company achieve further big client wins like Fatsoma.
Passing the five-year mark was a huge moment for MYC leader, Kelly, who regards the new branding as both a statement of intent and sign of maturity for her growing business.
“We’ve come a long way over the past five years and really found our sweet spot by putting content at the heart of the marketing mix,” explains Kelly.
“Our new branding is a reflection of our multidimensional approach and ability to provide clients with their own distinctive voice.
“Each team member has their own business card design, for example, signalling the diverse range of skillsets we have across the company.
“We’re completely committed to the written word at MYC – and we can help clients develop their very own tone that their customers will quickly come to recognise.”
Making You Content help businesses communicate in better ways through blogging, web content writing, email marketing, advertising campaigns, scriptwriting and brand workshops.
