Alisha Hogan (24) has joined the Mansell Finishes team at the company’s head office in Middleton, Greater Manchester, as Compliance Coordinator.
Reporting to Steph Mansell, Operations Director, Alisha is responsible for ensuring SHEQ compliance across the business.
One of her first key challenges upon joining Mansell Finishes was the implementation and rollout of Builderstorm, the company’s cloud hosted project management software. The application is now successfully being utilised on several developments and by the company’s site managers, contracts managers and directors. This has enabled the company to digitally collate information and report on individual projects in one place, achieve a 360-degree view of progress and achieve closer collaborative working across the teams.
Alisha works closely with the company’s SHE consultants, Pro Risk, to ensure that all sites are audited on a monthly basis. She was also instrumental in obtaining Achilles and Firas accreditations and manages these alongside the company’s CHAS certification.
Living in Worsley, Manchester, Alisha already has valuable construction experience having previously held roles at Balfour Beatty and Workspace Design and Build. In addition to her compliance responsibilities, Alisha is also a Mental Health First Aider for the business, having recently undertaken appropriate training. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, exploring new locations on holiday and eating!
