As part of this year’s Lancashire Tourism Awards Marketing Lancashire launches the search for Lancashire’s Tourism Superstar 2019 in conjunction with media partner the Lancashire Post; the award for Tourism Superstar recognises people working in the tourism industry who go above and beyond to make sure visitors to Lancashire have an unforgettable experience.
This is the only Lancashire Tourism Award that is decided by the public via an online vote. The public, as well as tourism colleagues across the county, are invited to submit their nominations via the short online nomination form on lancashiretourismawards.com by Monday 9 September 2019. A shortlist will be drawn up from all the nominations received by this date, with the successful finalists then going to public vote.
Winners in recent years include: Top Hat Tours Guide, Simon Entwistle 2018; Crafty Vintage, Laura Johnson 2017; Resident Compare, Viva Blackpool Leye D Johns 2016; BBC Radio presenter John ‘Gilly’ Gillmore 2015; Sandcastle Waterpark’s Guest Service and Inclusion Manager, Sue Copp 2014

Deadline for nominations is Monday 9 September, don’t miss this opportunity to reward your Lancashire Tourism Superstar in the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2019. A shortlist will be announced during the week commencing 16 September at which point the general public will asked to vote for their Tourism Superstar 2019.
Following the public vote the top three finalists will be invited to attend the Lancashire Tourism Awards 2019 where the ultimate winner will be announced.
