Growhouse launch #LetsDoLunch

To celebrate what looks likely to be a great end to the year, Growhouse have launched #LetsDoLunch.

It’s great news for one member of Birmingham’s Downtown in Business as the autumn approaches.

To celebrate what looks likely to be a great end to the year, Growhouse have launched #LetsDoLunch. Directors of businesses who would value a conversation about how to get more out of their team(s) are invited to join Ian Harrison (Director of Growhouse) for lunch.

We asked Ian what was behind the invitation:

“We just thought it would be a great way to engage with people. There is no obligation. No expectation. It’s just lunch. On us. Hopefully we can add some value whilst enjoying some good food in some of our favourite restaurants.”

Winner of last Year’s ‘Business Enabler of the Year’ award at COBBA, Growhouse has an exciting autumn ahead. With new partnerships, new clients and new open programmes running in the city.

In September Growhouse welcomes Myles Downey to Birmingham to deliver a masterclass in ‘The Art of Enabling’. Myles is an internationally renowned performance coach who has worked at board level in multinational companies and with elite sports coaches. He will join Growhouse for day 2 of their ‘Art of Enabling’ programme that starts in Birmingham in September. The course is aimed at senior managers and leaders who want to build their skills in getting the best out of their team(s).

This autumn also sees Growhouse’s continued partnership with fellow DiB members Grant Thornton LLP and The Wilkes Partnership to bring ‘The Effective Director’ programme to Birmingham.

Downtown in Business has been able to negotiate a 10% discount for members wanting to attend either of these programmes (enter the code DiB10).
