Embryo Digital, the Old Trafford-based search-led digital marketing agency, continues its rapid growth with its latest client win, leading international logistics company, KRL.
KRL, who has 10 UK logistics and freight hubs, including one near Manchester Airport, has hired Embryo Digital to re-design its website and carry out digital marketing activities.
This latest client win for the award-winning* agency, brings its total number of retained clients to more than 50.
Unusual for a fast-moving industry – most of its clients have been with the agency for over a year, with a very high retention rate of between 94-98% on average.
The number of staff that work at Embryo Digital has increased from 4 to 16 since 2018 and it plans to fill another 8 roles by 2020 to take its number of employees to 24.
Ross Green, Managing Director of Embryo Digital puts the company’s success down to several things: “Here at Embryo we are all about client value and experience through to our core. We believe our success lies in consistent communication with our clients, coupled with our creativity and straight-forward approach.
“Everyone who works here puts their heart into everything they do and cares about our clients and the results they deliver for them. This, I believe, together with our great results, is what keeps our clients with us month after month and has led to our continued growth both in terms of revenue and people.”
Sebastian Free, Marketing Manager at KRL, explains why the company chose Embryo Digital: “When I was looking for a new digital marketing agency to work with, I wanted one that had a great reputation, one that could be trusted to deliver on its services and one that gave me confidence from the get-go.
“Between the outstanding designs I’ve so far been sent, and the marketing strategies I can’t wait to see be put into action, I’m thoroughly impressed with Embryo’s service, and can’t wait to see what else is to come. Their talented team are always so helpful, and I couldn’t recommend them more.”
The agency has recently been nominated for 2 awards in this year’s City of Manchester Business Awards (COMBA) due to be announced towards the end of September. Last month, it received accreditation from The Living Wage Foundation for its commitment to pay the Living Wage as a minimum to all its employees.
Recently it launched its ground-breaking marketing index, the Embryo Index, which compares companies across Manchester in 5 major sectors using various metrics to show how each is performing in terms of marketing visibility.
