From the moment you enter through Dash’s grand stone doorway you know that you are in for a special experience. The staff are friendly, skilled and knowledgeable, and the interior design works with the stunning Victorian building to produce timeless elegance. Dash boasts a grand private dining room, glittering with a fleet of chandeliers, which has already become a sought-after venue for photoshoots and filming.
The Liverpool-based restaurant is celebrating its 1st anniversary (Dec) with the early launch of their new menu featuring seasonal, playful and showstopping dishes.
The menu is devised by experienced Executive Chef Lee Evans, who joined Dash earlier this year, and is now spreading his wings with new dishes that consolidate Dash’s position as Liverpool’s most exciting place to eat.
The entire experience is so polished and professional that it comes as a surprise that this is an independent business set up by four Liverpool lads only a year ago, rather than a branch of an international top-end brand.
