Avison Young has strengthened its property management offer across the region with the appointment of Emma Berry as director and head of property management North West.
Following nearly 14 years in the industry, Emma joined from MAPP, prior to which she worked with CBRE and spent a large portion of her career at Bruntwood. Her appointment is a strategic hire for Avison Young which is rapidly becoming a property powerhouse in the UK nearly twelve months on from its merger with GVA.
Leading the property management team in the North West, Emma will be responsible for ensuring it delivers the best possible asset performance for existing clients whilst also growing market share. Avison Young manages properties in various asset classes and sectors, including offices, retail, leisure, industrial and mixed-use schemes, on behalf of clients such as Greater Manchester Pension Fund, Moorfield, Liverpool City Council, Ares and West Bromwich Building Society.

Emma joined Avison Young in January 2020, operating across the businesses Manchester and Liverpool offices, serving the whole North West region.
