BRUNTWOOD SCITECH ANNOUNCES NEW VILLAGE PUB AND RESTAURANT FOR ALDERLEY PARK

Bruntwood SciTech has announced Cheshire Pub Co, the group behind popular village pubs including The Ship Inn, Styal, and The Frozen Mop in Mobberley, is to open a new pub and restaurant - The Churchill Tree - at Alderley Park this autumn.

Bruntwood SciTech has announced Cheshire Pub Co, the group behind popular village pubs including The Ship Inn, Styal, and The Frozen Mop in Mobberley, is to open a new pub and restaurant – The Churchill Tree – at Alderley Park this autumn.

The deal sees Cheshire Pub Co take more than 6,000 sq ft within the grade II-listed Tenant’s Hall. The new village pub and restaurant will be surrounded by many of the park’s scenic walking, running and cycling routes and will be a great new addition to the park.

Dr Kath Mackay, managing director Bruntwood SciTech – Alderley Park, said: “Alderley Park is a fantastic place to live and work and we’re thrilled the Cheshire Pub Co has chosen the park as the location for its next pub and restaurant. More than 200 life science and technology businesses already call Alderley Park home and The Churchill Tree will provide a great new amenity for all those who live, work and visit.”
