Barre Balance prize for signing up for our mailing list

Barre Balance have gifted a prize of a free virtual class, to DIB's mailing list competition

Barre Balance was established in Liverpool by Natalie Butler in September 2019. After living in Australia for 3 years, founder and instructor Natalie  moved back to Liverpool with her collected knowledge, skills and training of Barre and decided to open up Liverpool’s first dedicated Barre studio. Barre is a new concept to the city, but the feedback has been incredible, and growth has been organic.

Despite lockdown closing the physical studio in March last year, Natalie pivoted her business with the launch of an online virtual barre studio. The studio live streams 11 classes per week offering not only barre but yoga and meditation too. Members can enjoy classes in real time or catch up via their On Demand platform where they can access 100s of recorded classes. The BB Collective online membership is £39 per month which is less than £1 per class, no contract, cancel anytime. Start your barre experience with their free 7 day challenge, sign up via their website www.barrebalance.co.uk or Instagram page @barre.balance

What is Barre?

Barre is a beautiful movement which has the poise of pilates, the flowing sequence of yoga and the finesse of ballet. Barre Balance is Liverpool’s first dedicated Barre studio. Our mission is to offer a fun work out which strengthens and tones your body. The classes aim to restore mind and body balance in a warm and welcoming environment.

The prize:

Instantly feel a part of their community as you are guided through a low impact workout which lengthens and strengthens the body. All classes are layered allowing you to make the workout as challenging as you would like. Soak up all their amazing positive energy from the comfort of your own home. No equipment needed.
