The English Cities Fund has submitted a planning application to Salford City Council, to bring forward a further phase of new homes at New Bailey, which forms part of its place-changing, £1bn, 50-acre Salford Central regeneration.
The English Cities Fund and Salford housing provider, Salix Homes, have struck a landmark agreement to bring forward the latest phase of 96 homes at ECF’s £1bn, 50-acre Salford Central masterplan, taking the overall percentage of affordable homes to 25% across the entire scheme.
