Salford City Council’s planning committee has given the green light to The English Cities Fund’s 100 sustainable, affordable apartments on Peru Street in Salford.
Following a major community consultation exercise, plans have been submitted to Salford City Council by The English Cities Fund and the University of Salford to bring forward Crescent Innovation North.
