Keynote speaker and headline sponsor announced for sell-out COLBA

Property giant Muse will be the headline sponsor of the twenty-first annual City of Liverpool Business Awards.

Property giant Muse will be the headline sponsor of the twenty-first annual City of Liverpool Business Awards (COLBA), which take place on the evening of Thursday 4th July, at the stunning Sefton Park Palm House.

The sell-out event will also feature a contribution from the Leader of Liverpool City Council, Cllr Liam Robinson.

Awards that will be presented on the night include property company of the year, Business of the Year, and a special award for a business that has made a significant and stand out contribution to the city.

The chief executive and Group Chair of Downtown in Business Frank McKenna will co-host the gala dinner and awards ceremony with Liverpool legend Pete Price.

Starship constructs the first zero bills modular house in the north of England on Liverpool Waterfront

Specialist low carbon developers and leaders in zero-carbon prefabricated housing, Starship have built a low-energy, zero-carbon, two-storey modular house on the iconic Liverpool waterfront. The zero-bills home is part of Starship’s wider partnership with Octopus Energy and is the first of its kind in the North of England – it will serve as a focal point for the Housing Community Summit this week and will stay in situ through to the three-day Labour Party Conference.
