What does your business do: We are a specialist contractor working with main contractors, registered providers and developers to build homes in Greater Manchester using deconstructed volumetric – a type of offsite construction. Our mission is to deliver ‘local homes for local people by local people’. By that we mean we will recruit and train local people including long-term unemployed to work on local projects that they or their loved ones may one day live in. It’s a way of maximising the most social value for our communities and clients.
