The Chief Executive of the City of Wolverhampton Council, Tim Johnson and Mark Birks of Avison Young led the discussion at the Downtown in Business property, regeneration, and investors breakfast forum.

The Chief Executive of the City of Wolverhampton Council, Tim Johnson and Mark Birks of Avison Young led the discussion at the Downtown in Business property, regeneration, and investors breakfast forum earlier this week, in conversation with DIB Group Chairman, Frank McKenna.

The discussion focussed on the exciting strategy and vision the city council has for Wolverhampton, the collaboration that is taking place with the other two West Midlands cities of Birmingham and Coventry, to drive forward the region’s economy, and an update on what the city will be presenting at the forthcoming international property festival MIPIM.

The event, sponsored by the University of Wolverhampton, also enjoyed a presentation on the developing Wolverhampton Investment Prospectus by Arup and Glancy Nicholls Architects with a view to partners and stakeholders providing input into the shaping of the plans for the city going forward.
