Halton Council Chief Executive to address DIB audience

DIB will host a lunchtime event with Chief Executive of Halton Borough Council in July.

The Chief Executive of Halton Borough Council, Stephen Young, will join Downtown in Business for an exclusive roundtable discussion in Chester on Wednesday 12th July.

Having previously served as Executive Director of Growth, Environment, Transportation and Community Services at Lancashire County Council, Stephen was appointed as Chief Executive of Halton BC in 2022. At this event, Stephen will reflect on his time so far at the council, discuss growth across the Halton Borough and how business leaders can get involved.
