The Open, organised by The R&A, is one of the world’s most iconic sporting events and a global brand with significant economic and cultural impact.
In July 2026, The Open returns to Royal Birkdale for the 154th Championship, hosted at its most regular venue outside of St Andrews. The Championship will also see the launch of The Open Experiences, offering innovative new ticket and hospitality options.
