We are delighted that Hybrid-Tec are our latest Business of the Week. HybridTec, trains, assesses and develops programmes for the utility sector, including the latest renewable energy technologies.

Liverpool training provider, HybridTec, trains, assesses and develops programmes for the utility sector, including the latest renewable energy technologies. Its training team consists of current hands-on professionals that are closely involved with the development of employer-led, bespoke programmes, gathering a vast amount of experience throughout the last three years.

Developing some of the best work experience opportunities in the education and apprenticeship market, HybridTec has regular contact with national employers to place candidates directly into ongoing employment. It is instrumental in the development of new entrant training for candidates for several awarding bodies.

HybridTec offers a first-class training facility, purpose-built, state-of-the-art classrooms, and outstanding practice facilities. In doing so, it provides a range of courses from apprenticeships to further training and advanced certifications for young people and adults.

Indeed, having serviced over 680 businesses throughout the last 12 months, HybridTec will further be able to collaborate with businesses throughout the Liverpool City Region and beyond, with over 150 qualified apprentices graduating already from HybridTec.

As leaders in energy training and the green agenda, the firm launched its green academy this year before successfully securing £1m worth of ‘green bootcamp’ funding from the Department for Education in partnership with B2W Group.

The aim of the programme is to encourage businesses and job seekers to upskill in their respective teams in the newest sustainable technologies, including solar pv, ev charge points, air source and ground source heat pumps, solar thermal hot water, and underfloor heating.
