Kirsty has extensive experience of supporting family cases with an international element. She has a particular insight into the dynamics of expatriate families and offshore arrangements, having first-hand experience as an Attorney in the Cayman Islands. The wide range of legal matters she handles involve complex cases including relocation abroad, abduction, rights of LGBTQ+ children and families, and child arrangements.
