Downtown in Business will host an exclusive lunch forum on Wednesday 2nd November with CEO of Holden Media and NRB Manchester, Thom Hetherington, Director for Town Centre and Consumer Brands at Bruntwood Works, Andrea George, and Lead for UKI Smart and Sustainable Environments at Cisco, Simon Light, focussing on hospitality, retail and placemaking.

With both sectors hugely impacted over the past couple of years this session will reflect on current challengers but look at how we can evolve with technology, customer service and engagement to ensure the sectors not only survive but thrive in the future.
