Sir Howard Bernstein will be joining Downtown in Business for an exclusive dinner event at The Lowry Hotel, Manchester on 12th May.
Sir Howard, the former Chief Executive of Manchester City Council, will be discussing his involvement in driving Manchester’s regeneration through his strong public/private sector partnerships, public sector reform, including the establishment of the GM Combined Authority, and the recent expansion of Manchester Airport.
