| Downtown in Business will be hosting an exclusive development update for the Liverpool city region. The panel will include 3 leading companies currently launching developments in the city: Tom Smyth from Leading Serviced Apartments provider Dream Apartments who have sites on Tithebarn Street and Dale Street. Shaun Thomas from Morgan Sindall who are currently developing the Novotel hotel in Knowledge Quarter which will be the tallest hotel in Liverpool once it opens in the spring of 2022. Gary Fortune from Innside by Melia who are opening their Liverpool Hotel on Old Hall Street in August.
