Tuesday 21st June is going to be extra special at The Art School, with Paul Askew and his team curating a special Summer Solstice service at the beautiful and intimate fine-dining restaurant on Sugnall Street.

The evening will feature 5 courses and 6 wines and will showcase the best ingredients from across the region’s farms, fields, cultivators and artisans. Paul explains: “The Summer Solstice is a unique moment in the calendar, the longest day of the year and with the most light. We are celebrating this at The Art School with our special menu featuring some fantastic local ingredients including Wirral ricotta and new season asparagus with some of my favourite wines.”

Paul continues to celebrate his 40th anniversary in food and drink, fresh from the success of the recent Taste Liverpool. Drink Bordeaux festival of which he is the patron. Recently The Art School was ranked 18th in Harden’s Restaurant Guide 2022 and in April the restaurant was recreated at Topham House at the Grand National.
