Ahead of the much-anticipated official opening of their Liverpool Permit Room on Thursday 5 March, Dishoom have announced details of how guests can book into the soft launch and enjoy 50% off food.
The soft launch will run from Saturday 28 February to Wednesday 4 March, with the final sitting at 2.00pm on 4 March. During this period, guests can book online to enjoy 50% off food across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Early diners will be among the first to experience the new all-day bar-café in the city, located at Exchange Court, No. 1 Dale Street.
The soft opening period will allow the team to complete final stages of training ahead of the full launch, with guest feedback actively encouraged as the venue settles into service.
“We want the soft launch to feel like a genuine first look at Permit Room Liverpool,” said Brian Trollip, CEO of Dishoom. “It’s a chance for guests to experience the space and the food early, while giving our team the time and feedback they need as we get ready for the official opening.”
Permit Room Liverpool marks Dishoom’s first opening in the city, bringing its relaxed, all-day format of food, drinks and hospitality to the former Royal Bank of Scotland building. The venue will serve from breakfast through to late evening, welcoming both bookings and walk-ins. With resident DJs on the decks each week, it will be the place to come for a bite, a beer and a boogie.
