The new building, which will stretch to 22 storeys, is the 11th phase of homes within the £1bn, Salford Central masterplan and will include a rooftop residents’ lounge, ground floor amenities, such as a gym and wellness suite, designed to enhance resident wellbeing, something that ECF is passionate about creating within its places. Residents will also benefit from a full management and concierge service.
Beautifully-curated public spaces will also be created for the whole community to enjoy.

“Since 2013, we’ve been delivering at scale and pace with our partners and we’re delighted to add another building to the ever-expanding Salford skyline. Our work at Salford Central development is truly mixed-use, and our aim is that this new place will bring further diversity to this already vibrant and growing community here.”
ECF is currently on site with two live projects, including Eden – one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings and Greenhaus – the largest collection of Passivhaus-targed, sustainable and affordable apartments in the North West of England.
Construction is anticipated to being in early 2023.
Salford Central is being delivered by The English Cities Fund, a joint venture between national developer, Muse, Legal & General and Homes England. The partnership is currently delivering some of the most complex and most successful urban regeneration projects across England and is looking to create further partnerships following its decision to extend the life of the venture to 2036.
