Liverpool John Lennon Airport to headline sponsor Lancashire Business Awards 2018

Liverpool John Lennon Airport will headline sponsor the 2018 Lancashire Business Awards, hosted by Downtown in Business.

The event, now in its tenth year, will be hosted at the spectacular Stanley House Hotel, on the evening of Thursday 21st June.

The black-tie gala dinner is a sell-out, and Downtown boss Frank McKenna is delighted that the event has returned to the Mellor venue.

“We are returning to where it all started as far as the Lancashire Business Awards is concerned. Stanly House is one of the county’s most prestigious locations, and it is fitting that we celebrate the best of Lancashire business there.

“I am also pleased to welcome Liverpool John Lennon Airport as our headline sponsor. The Airport has enjoyed phenomenal success in recent times, and it is looking to penetrate new markets, with Lancashire a key target market for the excellent product they offer

“The Airport’s recently appointed CEO, John Irving, will be telling us about his new challenge, but also sharing the highlights of his fascinating career journey, including a stint as the Chief Executive of Newcastle United Football Club.”

Voting for the awards has now closed.
