Award-winning video production agency, Title Productions, were contacted to produce videos for Liverpool University Hospitals’ social media campaign that showcased what it’s like working for the Liverpool University Hospitals Foundation Trust and how the transition to new hospitals in the future could impact them. The organisation was also struggling with recruitment, especially amongst young people and we were tasked with highlighting the positive sides of having a career within this industry.
Speaking to Marianne, Ward Manager, was truly inspirational. As an international recruit from the Philippines, Marianne is living proof of how our communities are built upon a foundation of diversity. She explained how she got into nursing and encouraged others with a passion for caring to become a nurse as well, describing it as a calling not just a job.
