It’s been an extremely busy but hugely rewarding year at Davies Partnership. As the team looks ahead to their 30th anniversary in 2026, the company is proud to share a new film that captures the culture, values, and people behind its continued success.

Produced in collaboration with Rob Ball at RBFILMS, the film was created with a simple brief: to reflect the energy, uniqueness, and purpose that defines Davies Partnership.

“We’re absolutely delighted with the outcome,” says Tony McDonnell, Managing Director. “It’s more than just a video – it’s a snapshot of our identity, a celebration of the talented individuals who drive our business forward, and a visual expression of what makes Davies Partnership so special.”

The release of the film marks a significant moment in the company’s journey, as 2025 has been another standout year:

  • Achieved record financial performance
  • Celebrated milestone anniversaries across the team
  • Welcomed new colleagues and two apprentices
  • Recognised a number of well-earned promotions
  • Collaborated and delivered a number of high-profile projects

Most notably, the business issued its largest-ever profit share bonuses to staff and was awarded its first Best Companies Accreditation, achieving a 1-star “Very Good” rating.

This isn’t just a badge. It’s a meaningful endorsement, based entirely on employee feedback, that Davies Partnership is a great place to work.

It reflects a culture, leadership style, and set of values that are having a real and lasting impact.

At the heart of this progress is a clear and consistent goal: To make Davies Partnership an even better place to work for everyone.

Because Davies Partnership don’t just design buildings — they shape environments.

Malmaison Deansgate

We are delighted that Malmaison Deansgate are our ‘Venue of the Month’ for September 2025. Its guestrooms pay homage to the retro design of the 60s and 70s, referencing the iconic G Plan furniture of this era, a benchmark for classic British design. Each room talks to the exterior of the building design, complimenting the harsh, brutalist designs of the exterior with bold patterns, powerful colours, strong materiality, and striking artwork.
