There will be a focus on the economic impact of sport on cities; the legacy of major events such as the Olympics, the Euro Championships, and the Commonwealth Games, and the regeneration benefits of the new stadia, such as the London Stadium, the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and Everton’s Bramley Moore Dock development.

Speakers include: Gary Neville, Sir Howard Bernstein, Yvonne Harrison, Goldie Sayers, Natalie Atkinson, Jamie Jones-Buchanan Chris Brindley and many more.

Speaking about the pledge with Women in Football, Downtown boss Frank McKenna commented; “We are thrilled to be able to pledge 10 complimentary tickets to Women in Football. We are delighted to be working with Yvonne Harrison and the team and #GetOnside with Women in Football as they aim to improve women’s representation at all levels of the game.

“It’s great that Yvonne will be joining us as a speaker and the Business of Sport Conference 2023, were she will offer greater insight into what she and the Women in Football team do.
