Leading international recruitment firm Claremont Consulting has appointed a new Vice President to its recently launched United States team amid plans to expand the company’s footprint across the Americas.

Rosemary Gantz joins the US office of this fast-growing global business as Vice President, Strategic Talent Solutions, Americas, where she will be responsible for leading the strategic development of partnerships.

The aim of this activity is to grow all areas of Claremont Consulting’s considerable portfolio of corporate recruitment services and resources across its core sectors, which include HR, IT and Engineering.

This comes after Claremont Consulting opened the new US arm of the business in 2018, alongside launching offices in Germany and Portugal in the same year. They join long-established operations at the business’s London headquarters and across Europe and at its Hong Kong office, which covers the Far East and Australia.

This fast expanding infrastructure has enabled Claremont Consulting to service multinational clients with staff throughout its territories and to strategically source the very best talent, wherever they are in the world.

To that end, Rosemary brings with her more than 20 years worth of combined experience recruitment and executive search, most recently as a Partner with specialist agency McIntyre Executive Search.

In her most recent role, Rosemary spent 11 years leading the delivery of all client engagements across a huge variety of industries, which include manufacturing, retail, consumer-driven services and not-for-profit.

Speaking about Rosemary’s appointment, Fernando Delgado, President of Claremont Consulting Inc, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have Rosemary join our team in the United States as we continue to grow our international footprint, expand our resources and bring our unique brand of talent services to new clients.

“We are building a team with the breadth of experience to help create and execute strategic talent solutions that can end inefficient practices and improve hiring results in these tough times. Our unique approach to scoping and delivering our solutions also emphasises our strong understanding of corporate recruiting and highlights our collaborative HR partnerships.”

Before her role at McIntrye, Rosemary held recruiting and talent management leadership posts at technology giant Microsoft and US grocery company Albertsons, to name a few.

Rosemary is a former Lieutenant Commander of the US Navy and is the co-founder of a not-for-profit urban farm which helps feed those in need in Erie, Pennsylvania.
