Set to take place on Monday, May 20th, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the prestigious Malmaison Leeds, this gathering promises to be a cornerstone of discussions surrounding real estate, investment, and infrastructure development.

The dinner marks Downtown’s contribution to the renowned UKREiiF conference, a week-long event dedicated to showcasing the latest trends and opportunities in real estate investment and infrastructure development across the UK.

To mark this significant occasion, Downtown in Business Leeds will be hosting this exclusive dinner on the eve of the conference, bringing together local authority and industry leaders from the North East, West Yorkshire, North West, and West Midlands regions. £76m spent in Liverpool’s food and drink in Q1

Next week Liverpool Restaurant Week begins. Running from 22-28 April over 75 venues are taking part with hundreds of offers for people to download and enjoy. 

The value of the sector to the city centre economy is laid bare in data from Liverpool BID Company (and platform Beauclair) which analyses UK spend data. 

Food and Drink is now the largest economic sector in the city centre, around 37%. UK card holders spent a whopping £76m in just three months in the city centre’s restaurants and bars.
