This marks the beginning of a major phase of growth for Word360, as the four new specialised management staff begin their work towards a new, ambitious development strategy. The management team has been freshly bolstered with the addition of a Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, and Head of Development.

New Business Development Manager, Sheena Kotecha, is an established and award-winning corporate manager, who brings a decade of high-level sales management. She is a veteran of the medical and healthcare industry, with a BSc in Computing and Marketing. Sheena is well-regarded in her discipline for her achievements transforming companies in the U.A.E.

Ioana Gaicea joins Word360 as the new Marketing Manager, bringing with her a First-Class degree in Marketing as well as over four years of experience in analysing market and consumer trends in the fitness, software, technology and IT industries. Ioana is a major advocate of conversational, inbound marketing and makes expert use of HubSpot to deliver real growth. Ioana is also experienced in all aspects of marketing that contribute to a company’s demand and lead generation, and thrives on challenging peoples’ perspectives through the use of technology, social media, new media – applying strategy, creative ideas, quality writing, and tailored language.

Ensuring the business runs as it should and continues to improve is Andrew Malone. Andrew has come from a background in retail and health and safety management, having worked in a variety of sales and operations management roles. He has a demonstrable flair for the creation of processes and procedures that increase efficiencies and keep both the team and clients at the heart of everything he does.

As a full-time commitment to their industry-leading software platform, Wordskii, Word360 has appointed James Nunnerley as Head of Development. James is dedicated to continuously improving the platform for customers and users, playing a crucial role throughout the pandemic and beyond as software solutions continue to rise.
