Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen launches blooming delicious summertime menu

British Summertime is in full swing at Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen.

British summertime is in full swing and the traditional English climate may be changeable but the summer menu at Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen and Bar is proving to be tempting for guests whatever the weather!

A superb selection of seasonal flavours have produced a fantastic choice of Snacks and Starters, Salad’s and Sushi and also includes a range of Mains, Sides and Desserts to tempt the most discerning taste buds.

Whether you are looking for healthy options to be summer holiday ready or looking for comfort food to cure your post-holiday blues, the GRBSKB have the finest gastronomic selection of heavenly healthy dishes, mouth-watering mains and divine desserts meaning that the extensive summer menu has something for everyone.

Starters and Snacks include everything from Mixed Marinated Olives (£5.50), Tamarind Spiced Chicken Wings with spring onions and coriander (£11.50) and a stunning Barata with red pepper pesto, basil and pane carasau (£13.50). The Salad selection includes a classic Ceasar Salad, with soft boiled egg, pancetta, anchovies and aged parmesan (small £9.50/large £15.00), a stunning BSK Poke Bowl, with sushi rice, quinoa, mango, radish, chilli and garlic, marinated tofu, edamame and wakame (small £9.00/large £14) and a tasty Crispy Duck Salad with watercress, chilli, mooli, radish, ginger, sesame seeds and orange and soy dressing (small £12/large £19.50). Avocado, chicken, halloumi and smoked salmon can be added to any of the dishes on the salad selection for an additional supplement.

If fish is a firm favourite, GRBSKB Mains selection has a choice of Seabream, Cod and Sea Trout, along with a classic Fish and Chips served with mushy peas and tartare sauce £20). The ever popular Bread Street Kitchen Burger made with Dry-aged beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, sriacha mayo and Koffmann’s fries (19.50) is always popular and can be loaded on request with avocado, streaky bacon or a fried egg for an additional supplement. Curries include a Butter Chicken and a Lamb Rogan Josh and vegetarians dishes include a Baked Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni and a BBQ Soy Glazed Aubergine.

Make sure you save room for one of the mouth-watering desserts, Ice Creams and Sorbet’s or a healthy Tropical Fruit Sundae. Alternatively, enjoy a delicious selection of British cheese with crackers, grapes and chutney (£12).

Summertime has also seen the introduction of a stunning bloom-filled terrace where you can also enjoy an array of exquisitely prepared Signature Cocktails including everything from the Bramble Ramsay (Ramsay’s Gin, Crème de Mure, fresh lemon juice – £11.50) to the Raspberry Mojito (Havana Club 7 Year Old Rum, lime, mint, raspberry purée, finished with Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur – £12.50) and the ever popular BSK Espresso Martini (Havana Spiced Rum, Kahlua, Salted Caramel, espresso – £12.50). Alternatively you can choose from the delicious Gin and Tonic or Spritzes menu. The extensive outside dining area is the perfect spot to while away the hours with your favourite cocktail watching the world go by in the heart of Liverpool city centre.

Now is the perfect time to take advantage of the Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen and Bar set menu which is available from 11.30am – 6.00pm weekday and enjoy 2 course for £19.50 or 3 courses for £24.
