An HR consultancy acquired by accountancy and professional services group DJH is aiming for 30 per cent growth as it marks a decade in business.
Formerly known as Innov8 Human Resources, the company, now rebranded as DJH People & HR, is planning an ambitious recruitment drive and the launch of new services tailored to support SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and multinational firms.
Founded in May 2016 by Rochelle Murinas, the business recently completed its transition to the DJH People & HR brand, following its acquisition by DJH last year.
Rochelle Murinas states:
“This is the perfect time for us to write the next chapter of our story and an exciting move to rebrand as DJH People & HR,”
“We are also aiming to post a record year to mark our tenth anniversary in business.”
Operating across Staffordshire and Cheshire for nearly ten years, the firm has long-standing partnerships with businesses in industries such as distribution, beauty, manufacturing, and professional services. It provides comprehensive on-site and remote HR support to companies including Unilathe Limited, Jackmark Engineering, and Sandycroft Projects.
Rochelle noted that the acquisition by DJH has expanded their geographic footprint and opened up new market opportunities, with clients from both entities now benefitting from an integrated suite of services.
Based at Lake View in Stoke-on-Trent, DJH People & HR offers a mix of on-site and remote HR solutions, from compliance audits and business-aligned consultancy to strategic workforce planning.
Scott Heath, CEO of DJH Group, commented:
“Acquiring Innov8 Human Resources last year was the perfect fit for our business, as we knew we could help Rochelle and the team to grow and take the next steps on their journey.
“Our clients now have the added bonus of being able to access the full suite of HR services and decades of collective knowledge on how to get the most out of their greatest asset – their people.”
