Nugent has announced the acquisition of 28 apartments in the Lord Street area of Southport, marking a significant step in the organisation’s commitment to expanding access to quality accommodation across the North West.
Situated in one of Southport’s most recognisable and historic locations, the apartments will become part of Nugent’s housing offer and represent the organisation’s first investment in accommodation within the town.
The acquisition supports one of the key priorities set out in Nugent’s strategic plan, Imagine Our World, which outlines the organisation’s ambition to increase access to safe, stable accommodation and create opportunities for people to live fulfilled and independent lives.
