Park Regis Birmingham opens Indus Restaurant
Traditional Indian restaurant Indus has opened in Birmingham’s Park Regis hotel. The restaurant, headed by chef Manish Patel, offers a menu celebrating the flavours and generations of northern Indian cuisine.
