Downtown in Business Liverpool crowned some of the top businesses from across the Liverpool City Region at the City of Liverpool Business Awards 2022, sponsored this year by leading laboratory-based provider for scientists, BioGrad.
Over 200 business leaders attend the 15th annual awards ceremony, which was the first be held in the Sefton Park Palm House due to Lockdown restrictions, since 2019.
The big winners on the evening were Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Procure Partnerships Framework, Qube Residential and iStay Liverpool who won the Outstanding Contribution to Liverpool Award 2022, Business of the Year Award 2022, CEO Award 2022 and Chairs Award 2022 respectively.
Commenting on the awards, Downtown CEO and Group Chairman, Frank McKenna said; “After an incredibly tough few years, it is fantastic to see the amount of entrepreneurs in the city region who are all doing incredible things for the city.
“Liverpool has an abundance of fantastic entrepreneurs as shown by the quality of not only the winners today, but all the nominees.
