HPC to host PeopleHUB seminar ‘supporting neurodiversity in the workplace’

Join HPC's next PeopleHUB seminar focusing on supporting neurodiversity in the workplace on Wednesday 10th May

Around one in seven people are neurodivergent. Those who are neurodivergent behave, think, process, and interpret information in ways that differ from most other people.

Traditional workplaces are designed with a neurotypical society in mind. Unfortunately, this means neurodivergent employees may find it difficult to thrive at work as the traditional working environment can be more challenging or uncomfortable. We have a responsibility as employers to create a more inclusive workplace where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

Join us at our upcoming webinar as we discuss and advise how employers can support neurodivergent staff within the workplace. We will cover the barriers that a traditional working environment has, adjustments you can make to the workplace to better support neurodivergent employees, and training options for your management.

There are so many benefits to supporting neurodiversity in the workplace including higher productivity and attracting and retaining talent, but the biggest of all, having happy neurodivergent employees that feel represented and included.

Date: Wednesday 10th May 2023
Time: 9:15 am – 10 am
Location: Zoom

There will also be a networking opportunity where you will get the chance to connect with other like-minded individuals who are part of our peopleHUB community.
This webinar is completely free for you to attend but spaces are limited to 50. Register today to save your space on this webinar, registration is on a first-come-first-served basis!
