On Monday, April 29th, Downtown in Business Cheshire hosted an exclusive lunchtime networking event at The Townhouse and Secret Garden in Chester. From 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM, Downtown Chief Executive Frank McKenna interviewed three leading entrepreneurs who have built multi-million-pound companies over the past decade, navigating challenges such as Brexit, a pandemic, and shifting political landscapes.
Leaders, chief executives, and senior decision makers from a range of Northern Power Towns local authorities will be in attendance, alongside private sector partners and keynote speakers.
Downtown in Business hosted a private round table lunch event at Fazenda Manchester, featuring Naomi Smith, CEO of Best For Britain.
Attendees had the exclusive opportunity to participate in the latest instalment of the highly regarded ‘In Conversation with’ series, featuring Shelagh McNerney, Head of Regeneration Eastern Gateway at Manchester City Council.
Downtown’s Chris McKenna took part in the London Marathon 2024 completing it in an impressive time of 3:06:22, to raise money for Paper Cup Project.
