DIB will host its third annual property, planning, and regeneration conference on Thursday 8th February 2024 at The Lowry Hotel.

Focussing on the priority issues in the industry, including the levelling-up agenda, net zero, planning laws, housing development, high streets, infrastructure, and partnerships, the event will feature a range of eminent speakers from the private and public sectors.

Among key contributors we will be joined by CEOs from Salford, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Birmingham City Council and Homes England. From the private sector Deloitte will be presenting their annual crane survey which is released that week, and we have head honcho at Bruntwood-SciTech, Chris Oglesby plus much more.

Leading electrical retailer AO chooses Bruntwood SciTech’s innovation hub 111 Piccadilly for city centre creative hub

Bruntwood SciTech is announcing that the UK’s leading electrical retailer, AO, has chosen 111 Piccadilly for its new Manchester city centre creative hub.

The firm will take the entire 15th floor, providing a fully fitted and furnished workspace for its creative department, comprising animators, production staff and graphic designers. By relocating to 111 Piccadilly, AO will gain direct collaboration and networking opportunities with other like-minded tech businesses already based at the building, including the likes of national EV charging network Be.EV and payment solutions software provider, Total Processing.
