On Wednesday 28th June 2023, 12pm-2pm, Downtown in Business will host a Property Club event at Crowne Plaza Hotel in partnership with law specialists Glenville Walker focusing on how their expertise can help businesses across the Liverpool City Region survive, succeed and drive growth without the ghost of the pandemic holding them back.
Businesses have faced many challenges over the past few years as they navigate the path to recover following the impact of COVID-19. However, some sectors have been hit the hardest and have been dealing with post-pandemic arrears.
Glenville Walker’s expert property and litigation team, Guy Pattison and Michael Smeaton will be addressing the pressing issues for landlord and tenants offering litigious solutions to support growth and to prevent the loss of a company, whilst also exploring the potential for expansion through commercial property ownership.
The panel of advisors will provide practical solutions in all areas of business focusing on business resilience, dispute resolution and property management.
