Business leaders from across Lancashire came together for a roundtable discussion on the future of the county, at a special event organised by Downtown in Business in association with UCLan.
A conversation led by Metro Dynamics director Mike Emmerich focussed on the 2050 Lancashire Plan, how a proposed devolution deal may be able to help deliver that plan, and how a positive public-private sector partnership established in Preston was supporting economic growth in the city.
