Barre Balance Reopens Only Dedicated Barre Studio in Liverpool.

Barre Balance, founded in 2019 had to along with many other businesses close their doors months after opening when the pandemic hit. The Liverpool based Barre Studio managed to maintain and expand the business pivoting to an online platform through the tough times and growing the team of instructors from just Founder Natalie to four extensively accredited barre instructors. The Virtual Online Studio has gone from strength to strength and continues to offer clients hundreds of high quality on demand Barre classes, live classes to help with accountability and an incredibly supportive online community enjoyed worldwide. But by popular demand the doors to the Liverpool Barre Studio have reopened and in-person classes are back alongside the 2 online offerings Barre Balance has; Barre on Demand and Beyond The Barre.

Due to the relaxation of COVID rules and staff being encouraged back into the office, Founder Natalie is keen to service those returning city workers. Natalie says ‘Office spaces are slowly beginning to fill back up in the city and as a small business we are very much looking forward to delivering post work classes to those back in the office. It’s important to support people’s wellbeing by providing them with the opportunity to regain a healthy routine and engage with others face to face outside of work time’. Located just off Old Hall street the studio is in a prime location in the heart of the city, a short walk from most offices and round the corner from Moorfields station.

The beautiful Liverpool City Center studio is the only boutique barre studio in the city and offers a warm welcoming airy space which is the perfect spot to escape, let go of your day and experience the beauty of barre. The Barre Balance team welcomes everyone, no matter your age, ability or gender, they pride themselves on wholeheartedly welcoming everyone into the community! Bringing people together to create new connections through challenges and social events, Barre Balance is one big friendship circle. Joining the loving community will instantly make you feel part of something special. A collective, a movement, a group of incredible humans on a mission to live life to its fullest.

Barre is a movement like no other, it fuses the core components of pilates with the fluidity of yoga and the beautiful grace of ballet. Their signature Barre Balance method lengthens and strengthens your body through low impact, small targeted movements which fatigue muscle groups quickly creating the classic ‘barre burn’. They use light hand weights and resistance bands to shape and tone your body. Classes are layered so you can tailor the class to your ability or intention.

The Liverpool Barre Balance Studio is currently open 5 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat & Sun), running 8 classes with the view to quickly expand the class schedule as people get back into the routine of attending in person classes.

Newbies can enjoy their first class for just £5 and a Two Week Teaser pass for £25, which gives you unlimited access to classes for two weeks.
