The Emergency First Aid training course is a 1-day in-person course.

This course covers a wide range of emergency first aid including CPR, assisting a choking adult, defibrillator prompts and how to respond, defibrillator pad placement, minor and severe bleeding, and seizures. Plus, many more invaluable and potentially life-saving skills.
