More top names added to Property Conference speaker list

The new chief executive of Birmingham City Council, the chief executive of Wolverhampton City Council, and the Minister for Small Business, Consumers and Labour Markets have been added to the quality line-up of speakers for the forthcoming DIB National Property, Planning & Regeneration conference in September.

Deborah Cadman, who was the CEO of the West Midlands Combined Authority before taking up her position at Birmingham City Council, and Wolves CEO Tim Johnson will be giving their perspective on the future of post-pandemic cities, alongside Tom Riordan (Leeds), Joanne Roney (Manchester) and Tony Reeves (Liverpool).

Paul Scully MP, who is also the Minister for London as well as holding the small business brief, will deliver one of three keynote conference speeches. Other keynote speakers are Gary Neville and Lord Andrew Adonis.

Among other contributors to the event are Laura Shoaf (Interim CEO of the West Midlands Combined Authority, Alison McKenzie -Folan (CEO Wigan Borough Council), Stephen Young (Executive Director of Growth, Environment & Transport Lancashire County Council), Neil Rami (CEO West Midlands Growth Company), Tom Bloxham (Urban Splash), John James (Soho Estates), and Tim Heatley (Capital & Centric).
