Muse boosts North West development team with O’Mullane appointment

Leading urban regeneration business, Muse Developments, continues to expand its team, with former Lothbury Investment Management Director Mark O’Mullane relocating from London to join its North West office as development director.

Bringing nearly 20 years’ development experience, Mark was previously the director responsible for redeveloping and repurposing a £400 million portfolio of commercial assets within Lothbury Investment Managements flagship fund. Prior to his time at Lothbury IM, Mark worked in the regeneration and residential teams at Avison Young in Manchester.

He will lead on Salford Crescent – a truly connected, sustainable and inclusive place, which will create thousands of new homes, innovation and business space, shops, amenities and a new multi-modal transport hub with active travel at its heart, set within vast areas of green space – delivered by The English Cities Fund (ECF). ECF is a joint venture between Muse, Homes England and Legal & General which is bringing transformational regeneration to Salford and St Helens.
