Steven Knowles, former regional director for the North West at Harworth has made the Move to Muse to be the firm’s new director of development management in the North West.

Knowles has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, leading regional teams at both St Modwen Properties PLC and Harworth Group PLC, with a focus on delivering complex, area-wide programmes of regeneration, while at the same time growing both development teams and pipelines.

Achievements include the delivery of over 4m sq ft of industrial space at Logistics North in Manchester, a new urban village at Moss Nook in St Helens and the extension of Wythenshawe town centre in partnership with Manchester City Council.
