Course Details

Dates: Wednesday 27th – Thursday 28th September (2-day course)

Wednesday 29th – Thursday 30th November (2-day course)

Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm both days

Location: Online via Zoom

Cost: £265 + VAT per person

Training Summary

High Performance Consultancy’s 2-day Mental Wellbeing First Aid course is suitable for all adults and can be applied in the workplace and in our own lives. Packed with practical advice, delegates will be able to spot signs of declining mental health, and by using a practical action plan, be able to appropriately offer someone help both in an emergency and longer-term situation.

What does the course include?
